HEAT/SURFACE TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY
Heat-surface
We consistently provide stable quality while utilizing the inherent properties of materials and performing heat treatment that fully enables product functionality. We perform optimal heat treatment tailored to specific purposes, such as bright quenching using vacuum heat treatment furnaces and high-precision, high-quality die quenching combining high-frequency induction heating with press forming. Additionally, as a surface treatment technology, we offer CVD (chemical vapor deposition) coated products using our in-house equipment.

Vacuum heat treatment
Vacuum heat treatment is a thermal processing method where products are heated and cooled within a furnace maintained under vacuum conditions. Atmospheric heat treatment causes oxidation scale on steel surfaces due to reactions between oxygen and iron, along with hardness reduction from decarburization. In contrast, vacuum heat treatment yields a bright, lustrous finish on steel surfaces and provides uniform hardness without variations. Leveraging our advanced heat treatment technology cultivated over many years, we perform heat treatment that fully enables our products to deliver their intended functionality.

High-frequency hardening
High-frequency hardening is a heat treatment process that utilizes the principle of induction heating (IH) through electromagnetic induction to heat materials. This process enables rapid treatment. At our company, we carefully process each piece under optimal heat treatment conditions, efficiently producing stable quality.

CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) Surface Treatment
(Chemical Vapor Deposition)
Surface treatment is a technology that deposits an extremely hard ceramic coating 3 to 5 micrometers thick onto a product's surface. This coating enhances the lubricity, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance of the product surface, dramatically extending its service life. Our company employs the CVD method as our surface treatment process, known for its excellent coating adhesion, supplying robust and stable hard coatings.
