Quality Policy
【Quality Policy】
Our company shall understand the quality requirements of its customers at all times in order to enhance the level of customer satisfaction and to prosper as a business enterprise.
【Action Guidelines】
1. Our Company shall communicate its annual guidelines (i.e., quality goals set for each fiscal year) throughout its organization and have each department and corporate rank define their respective quality goals.
2. Our Company shall strive to enhance the level of customer satisfaction by fulfilling its customers’ requirements.
3. Our Company shall meet its social responsibility by complying with applicable laws and regulations requirements.
4. Our Company shall establish, construct, and maintain its quality management system that conforms to ISO 9001:2015.
5. Our Company shall continuously improve the effectiveness of its quality management system through various activities involving policy management, internal quality audits, monitoring, measurement, and analyses, corrective measure implementation, management review, etc.

Environmental Policy
【Basic Principle】
Our company shall consider its efforts to create a pleasant natural environment and to ‘protect the global environment’ as the foundation of its corporate activities, and contribute to the advancement of prosperous society.
【Basic policy】
NHK Precision Co., Ltd. has been providing products that have been developed using ultra-precision processing technology, which combines processing technology in plastic forming, heat treatment, and grinding/polishing, and caters to the needs of the automotive and other various industries.
Our company shall continuously facilitate its activities to ‘protect the global environment’ pursuant to the following rules, while continuously conducting the aforementioned activities.
1. Our company shall promote its environmental management system and have all its employees engage in relevant activities to ‘protect the global environment’ .
2. Our company shall accurately assess the environmental aspect of its business operations, define its environmental purpose and goals, provide a framework in which to review and revise the aforementioned purpose and goals, and endeavor to continuously improve its environmental management system and prevent pollutions.
3. As for the environmental aspect of its business activities, our company shall focus its attention on the following as key themes to ‘protect the global environment’ .
(1) Promote resource and energy conservation.
(2) Promote zero emission of waste products
(3) Pursue production processes that will cause less and less impact on the environment.
4. Our company shall comply with all applicable environmental laws, rules, and any other requirements that it has agreed to.
5. As a member of the NHK Spring Group, we promote activities for carbon neutrality.
6. Our Company shall disseminate its Environmental Policy among all its employees and others working at its factories, so that the environmental management system can be implemented properly.
7. Our Company shall disclose this Environmental Policy to the public.
