    Nippon Spring Co., Ltd. and Nakashimada Iron Works Co., Ltd. merged to establish Nippon Shock Absorber Co., Ltd. for the purpose of manufacturing automotive shock absorbers, commencing operations (capital: ¥5 million).

  • 1965 (S40)

    To accommodate the diversification of products, the company name was changed to Nichihatsu Seiki Co., Ltd.
