High-Precision Punching Press Processing

Various geometric patterns formed by combinations of round holes, irregular holes, and slits in flat plates are created through punching press processing. For each product with different outer diameters and plate thicknesses, our proprietary methods achieve clean machined surfaces and efficiently form a wide variety of shapes with high precision.

Cold forming

By incorporating molds designed and manufactured in-house into high-precision presses, we enable cold forming (forging) of high-speed tool steel, which is notoriously difficult to shape. Through the numerical control of forming conditions cultivated over many years, we are further stabilizing forming quality. This processing technology is well-suited for mass-producing complex-shaped parts that are difficult to machine through cutting.
