Bane Grinding Line

Six-sided grinding line for vanes used in hydraulic pumps for automobiles and home appliances. The machine employs a double-head grinding machine, achieving high-precision grinding at the micrometer level through automatic measurement and automatic correction. We meet a wide range of customer needs with high-precision grinding, from small-lot prototyping to mass production, even for long and thin vanes.

Brake disc grinding

We utilize a double-head grinding machine that holds the product horizontally and sandwiches it between grinding wheels from above and below, simultaneously processing both sides. This method minimizes warping on both surfaces and guarantees thickness variation of 10μm or less.
